Having the right tools for the job is what will make it easy or hard to scale. The right tools will make everything easier, faster, and more seamless. This allows you to focus on things like closing deals, being creative with content or sleeping!

Here are 7 tools that we couldn't live without at Switchfire:

1. Outseta ➜ CRM

When you're building online, you need a place to keep all of your customer data. Outseta is a clean and easy-to-use customer relationship management tool.

  • You can run email campaigns that have high deliverability.
  • You can set up tiered memberships.
  • They even have those cool help desk/chat systems you've seen.
  • It has an awesome Webflow integration (more on that later).

Their customer support is unmatched.

2. Figma ➜ Design

Figma is an award-winning (and free) design tool. It's used by all the pros and makes design a breeze. It's more hands-on than Canva and easier to use than Adobe Illustrator.

  • Integrates with Webflow to build websites
  • Lots of free templates and plugins
  • Free for individuals

Remember, it's not 'just a font', good design sends signals about how capable you are.

3. Hypefury ➜ Scheduling

Hypefury makes it easy to create and publish content at scale. It's grounded on X content but publishes to all the major platforms. It can even pull from your YouTube and make shorts for you.

  • You can set up powerful lead magnet campaigns
  • Tag evergreen content
  • Auto-generate carousels
  • Plug content that pops and a ton more!

We continue to live in a content-first world. Embrace it.

4. ConvertKit ➜ Newsletter

ConvertKit is an email platform with superpowers. There are a lot of newsletter platforms out there, but I've used ConvertKit for a long time because it works. They have a fantastic automation system where you can do magical things with your audience.

  • You can segment your subscribers
  • Build simple or mindblowing automations
  • and even sell products directly on the platform

Remember, an email list is an audience you own, not rent. Respect it.

5. Notion ➜ Workspace

Notion is a one-of-a-kind knowledge storage system. This newsletter is stored in Notion and it's what I use to manage all of my information. Notion is where practically everything goes: logos, copy, products, you name it, it's there.

  • Free for individuals
  • Their AI integration is impressive
  • Extremely powerful once you get the hang of it

I'd love to see a competitor to Notion pop up because, at the minute, there are none.

6. Senja ➜ Testimonials

Senja is the ultimate testimonial capture tool. I've used alternatives but the nimble little team at Senja has a great vision for their product.

You can do the usual stuff like capture text and video testimonials, but it also has a 'studio' where you can create beautiful pictures and videos of your testimonials.

Their free tier is incredibly generous and it integrates really well into other tools.

Social proof is gold. Capture it everywhere you can.

7. Webflow ➜ Website

Webflow has a feature set that works for beginners & pros alike. I've used all the website builder tools (Squarespace, Framer, Carrd, WordPress, Wix, Weebly) and Webflow is the one I always come back to. It's what www.switchfire.co is built with.

  • The Webflow University has the best online learning there is.
  • Lots of great free and paid templates.
  • Use the Outseta plugin to make membership sites a breeze!

Take Action

It's one thing for me to show you my tool stack; it's something else for you to make use of it. Put an hour in your calendar and investigate how you can incorporate some of these into your operations.
